Automatically entered booking reference number. WoodenSpoon validates it against OpenTable in real time — no name, email, or phone required.

Guest browses the menu and selects dishes

The correct menu for their booking date and time loads automatically. For group bookings, each guest can select their own dishes via a shareable link.

Pre-order is submitted and locked

An on-screen confirmation is shown. Guests can update their pre-order up to 24 hours before arrival (configurable). No emails sent — nothing to unsubscribe from.

GDPR by design — no personal data stored

WoodenSpoon holds only the OpenTable booking reference. No names, emails, or phone numbers are stored. All data is permanently deleted 7 days after the booking date.
